By accessing or using our website www.tvdneon.com (“Website”, “Site”) or purchasing any of our products or services (“Products”, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our website and services immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who browse, interact with, or make a purchase from TVD Neon.

2. Eligibility

To use this website or make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the website at any time, for any reason, without notice.

3. Products & Orders

All TVD Neon products are handmade and made-to-order.

  • Standard production and delivery: 3–5 weeks

  • Rush orders (express): 2–3 weeks, depending on destination

We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but cannot guarantee against delays beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, shipping issues, or force majeure).

Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or production limitations. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

4. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins.
We accept secure online payments via PayPal, Stripe, and major credit cards.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply in their country.

5. Custom Design & Production

TVD Neon provides free design services for all custom orders.
You can send your ideas, sketches, or logo to our design team.

Once a design has been approved and sent to production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you change your mind before production starts, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

TVD Neon only accepts returns or refunds for faulty products.
Depending on the situation, we may repair, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. Final decisions are made case by case at our sole discretion.

All products include a two-year warranty that covers electrical components when used properly.
Indoor signs are not suitable for outdoor use or areas exposed to moisture.
Improper use, modification, or installation voids the warranty.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, designs, images, and products created by TVD Neon are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any content without our written permission.

If you provide us with your own images, logo, or artwork for custom products, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use those materials.

  • Your submission does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold TVD Neon harmless from any claims arising from materials you supply.

8. Website Use Restrictions
