1. Production Time

All TVD Neon products are handmade to order.
Production begins within 2 business days after full payment is received.
Each product is carefully crafted to ensure high quality and accuracy before shipment.

2. Delivery Time

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

• Average delivery time: 8–10 days after payment confirmation (including production and transit time).

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note: Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and package weight.
For large or express orders, please contact support@tvdneon.com for a custom quote.

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s system.

5. Damage or Lost Parcels

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days at support@tvdneon.com and include:

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will assess the case and provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
TVD Neon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier marks them as “Delivered.”

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
