All TVD Neon products are handmade and made to order.
Each sign is individually crafted based on your specifications.

• Standard production time: 2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery time: Around 10 days total, including production and shipping.

We make every effort to meet delivery timelines, but delays due to customs, logistics, or unforeseen events may occur.
Prices, materials, and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including payment errors, product limitations, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full before production begins.
We accept PayPal, Stripe, and major credit cards.

All payments are processed securely.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

5. Custom Designs

We offer free design support for custom neon signs.
You can send us your text, logo, or idea for visualization.

Once your design is approved and in production, your order cannot be changed or canceled.
If you cancel before production begins, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide via trusted carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx).
All orders include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

• Production: within 2 days after payment

• Delivery: within 10 days total

• Tracking details are sent via email when your item ships

Customers are responsible for correct shipping details.
If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery, the customer will pay reshipping fees.

7. Returns & Warranty

TVD Neon accepts returns and refunds only for faulty products.
Each case will be reviewed carefully, and we may repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

All products include a 2-year limited warranty covering electrical components under proper use.
Improper installation, exposure to moisture, modification, or misuse voids the warranty.

All designs, photos, graphics, and content on tvdneon.com are the property of TVD Neon.

If you submit custom artwork, logos, or text for your neon sign, you confirm that:

• They do not infringe any copyright or trademark

You agree to indemnify TVD Neon against any claims related to the materials you provide.

• Illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Uploading viruses, malicious code, or spam
