Made-to-Order Policy: Every TVDNEON sign is custom-made and production begins shortly after your order is placed.
❌ Order Cancellations:
You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of purchase.
For Rush Orders, cancellation or changes must be made within 1 hour.
After these windows, all orders become final and non-refundable.
To cancel, email hello@tvdneon.com with the subject line “Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]”.
No cancellations are accepted after design approval.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 8–10 business days.

Accepted only for ready-made products that arrive defective.
Must be requested within 21 days of delivery and returned in original condition and packaging.
Custom-made items are non-returnable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects. In such cases, TVDNEON will repair or replace the item after inspection.

If a manufacturing defect occurs, TVDNEON will repair or replace the product at no cost.

Photo and video proof (including an unboxing video) is required for all damage or missing item claims.
Include clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product condition.

Shipping Coverage: We ship worldwide, with taxes and duties applied according to each country’s regulations.
Standard Delivery Time: 10–14 business days (3–6 business days for production, 6–8 business days for transit).
Note: Larger signs, long text designs, or bulk orders may require additional production time. Slight delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather.
Delayed Delivery: If TVDNEON fulfills its production and dispatch commitments on time but delivery is delayed due to courier or customs issues, only shipping fees are eligible for refund (not the product cost).
Address Changes: You may update your shipping address before the order is shipped. Once the shipping label is created or the package is dispatched, address changes are no longer possible and re-routing may incur extra charges.
Damaged During Transit: Report within 7 days by emailing hello@tvdneon.com with an unboxing video, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If confirmed as shipping damage, a free replacement will be provided.
