🛠️ TVDNEON® Warranty Policy

(Effective for purchases made on or after July 6th, 2025)

At TVDNEON, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Each item is carefully crafted and tested before shipping, and we offer a 1-year limited warranty to ensure your peace of mind.

1️⃣ Warranty Coverage

All TVDNEON products — including LED neon signs, dynamic (RGB) signs, metal/acrylic signs, lightboxes, and accessories — are covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in the LED neon sign or accessories

• Power supply issues under normal and proper use

Important:
Warranty applies only when the product is installed, used, and protected according to TVDNEON’s usage guidelines.

2️⃣ Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents

• Modifications made by third parties (such as electricians or installers)

• Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or variations due to handmade production

• Water or weather damage caused by improper protection

Note:
All power supplies and electrical parts must be placed in a dry, protected area. Exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or heat may cause malfunction and void the warranty.

3️⃣ Hard-Wired & Installed Signs

TVDNEON is not responsible for any costs related to installing, uninstalling, or rewiring your sign.
If your product has been hard-wired or modified, TVDNEON reserves the right to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.

4️⃣ Reporting a Fault or Requesting a Replacement

If you experience a fault with your product, please contact us within the warranty period at hello@tvdneon.com.

Include:

• Your order number

• A short video showing the issue

• Clear photos of the product and power supply

Our team will assess your case and guide you through troubleshooting or offer a replacement for the faulty part if necessary.
If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund or partial credit may be issued at TVDNEON’s sole discretion.

5️⃣ Damaged During Shipping

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your package.

If your product arrives damaged:

• Report the damage within 7 days of delivery

• Send an email to hello@tvdneon.com including:

  • A video of the unboxing

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging (from all sides)

  • The shipping label clearly visible

If confirmed as shipping damage, TVDNEON will replace the item at no additional cost.

6️⃣ Handmade & Color Variations

All TVDNEON products are handmade and may show slight variations in:

• Shape, color tone, or size (±1–3 inches)

• Glue marks used to fix LEDs

• Color differences due to screen display or lighting conditions

These variations are normal and not considered defects.
For UV-printed or illuminated signs, please note:

• Colors may differ slightly when the sign is off versus on

• Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed across different screens

7️⃣ Final Warranty Terms

The determination of whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect is at the sole discretion of TVDNEON.
We may request detailed information or the return of the product for inspection before confirming warranty coverage.

🛒 TVDNEON® Order Cancellations, Returns & Replacements Policy

(Effective for purchases made on or after July 6th, 2025)

At TVDNEON, every sign is custom-made — designed, produced, and assembled just for you.
Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we begin production shortly after your order is placed.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ Order Cancellations

Since all TVDNEON products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
This includes both fully custom designs and pre-designed signs listed in our online shop.

⏰ Cancellation Window:

• You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours from the time of purchase.

• For Rush Orders, cancellations or changes must be made within 1 hour of purchase.

After these time frames, your order and design are considered final and non-refundable.

Important Notes:

• We do not cancel custom orders after design approval.
  You may request design edits freely before production begins.

• Refunds may take 8–10 business days to appear in your account after being processed.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns only for ready-made products that are found to be defective upon delivery.
To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be made within 21 days of delivery.

• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you.
However, if a custom product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll work with you to repair or replace it after proper inspection.

🔧 Replacements & Refunds

While every TVDNEON product is crafted and inspected with care, manufacturing defects may rarely occur.
If this happens, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost.

Final decisions — including whether to issue a refund or replacement — are made according to our warranty guidelines and are at the sole discretion of TVDNEON.

⏸️ Orders on Hold (Customer Dependency)

If your order requires additional information (for example, design approval, logo files, or image references),
our team will follow up 4–5 times over a 90-day period via email or other communication channels.

If you do not respond within 90 days of placing your order, your refund window will permanently close, and the order will be marked as inactive.

However, if you reach out after 90 days with the necessary details and the original design remains unchanged,
TVDNEON will still honor your order and complete production, following the standard production timeline.

📦 Missing or Damaged Item Complaints

To ensure fast and fair resolution, we require photo and video evidence for all claims regarding missing or damaged items.

Please record an unboxing video and take clear photos showing:

• The outer packaging (all sides)

• The shipping label

• The product condition as you open the box

If the package appears punctured, bent, or damaged, please take pictures before opening.

This step protects both you and TVDNEON and helps us resolve issues efficiently with our shipping and insurance partners.

We only provide replacements once the provided proofs are validated by our quality team.
TVDNEON does not offer refunds for manufacturing defects, lost, or damaged products, but we do provide brand-new replacements to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

🚚 TVDNEON® Shipping & Delivery Policy

At TVDNEON, every order is custom-made and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely and on time.
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada, with taxes and duties applied according to regional requirements.

More than 98% of our orders are delivered within 6–9 business days from the date of order.

📦 Delivery Timelines

Express Shipping

• Estimated delivery within 6–9 business days from the date of order.

• Orders are manufactured and dispatched within 1–2 business days for priority orders and 3–5 business days for standard orders.

• Transit time is approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the size of your sign.

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery within 10–14 business days from the date of order.

• Orders are manufactured and dispatched within 3–6 business days, followed by a transit period of 6–8 business days, depending on the sign size.

Once you customize your neon sign through our design tool, you’ll see your total price — including any applicable shipping fees — calculated automatically.

Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for orders below a certain value or for special delivery requirements.

⏰ Delayed Delivery Clause

Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by the carrier, shipping delays caused by the courier or customs are beyond our control.
In such cases, a TVDNEON support specialist will assist you until your delivery is successfully completed.

If TVDNEON fulfills its commitment to produce and dispatch your order within the promised timeframe, but delivery is delayed due to carrier or logistical issues, our liability is limited to a refund of the shipping charges only.

⚙️ Exceptions

• Signs larger than 45 inches may require additional transit time.

• Designs with more than 30 characters may take an extra 2–3 business days to produce.

• Bulk orders (more than 2 pieces) require extra production time.

• During peak seasons, holidays, or extreme weather, slight delays may occur.

• If your order is lost, delayed, or stolen, additional time may be needed to trace and resolve the issue.

🏠 Changing Your Shipping Address

You may update your shipping address before your order is shipped by contacting our support team at hello@tvdneon.com.

Please double-check all order details carefully — once the shipping label is generated or the package is picked up,
we can no longer modify delivery information.

If a customer requests a change (e.g., delivery delay or address modification) after dispatch,
TVDNEON is not responsible for any resulting delay or delivery issue.
Additional fees may apply for re-routing or re-shipping.

📸 Damaged During Transit

We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel for damage claim purposes.
In the rare event that your sign arrives damaged, we will ensure a resolution is provided.

Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
Damage or faults reported after this period will follow our general Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Photos of the outer packaging (from all sides),

Failure to provide these materials within the timeframe may void eligibility for a replacement.

📦 Missing or Damaged Items

To help us resolve any missing or damaged item claims quickly, please provide:

• Unboxing video and clear photos of the package as it is being opened,

• Photos/videos showing all items received, and the condition of the packaging.

These materials are essential for filing claims with our shipping and insurance partners,
and ensure both your protection and ours.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

TVDNEON takes every measure to ensure safe delivery.
Our delivery partners may require a signature upon delivery for security.

If you choose to waive the signature requirement, TVDNEON is not responsible for any packages marked as “Delivered” that are later lost, stolen, or missing.

If your order is lost in transit, TVDNEON will replace it at no cost.
If your package is confirmed missing or damaged, we’ll provide a free replacement.
Requests for design changes or address modifications after reshipment may incur additional charges.

🔁 Reshipment Clause for Undelivered Packages

If the courier makes 2–3 delivery attempts and the customer is unavailable,
the order may be returned to our facility.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

To avoid delays, please monitor your tracking information and coordinate with the courier for a successful delivery on the first attempt.
You can also leave specific delivery instructions when placing your order.

This policy ensures efficient logistics while maintaining fair practices for all customers.
