TVDNEON® Warranty Summary (from July 6, 2025)

• Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of purchase for all products (LED neon signs, RGB signs, metal/acrylic signs, lightboxes, and accessories).

• Covered: Manufacturing defects and power supply issues under normal, proper use.

• Not Covered: Misuse, improper installation, water or heat damage, impact, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

• Note: Power supplies must be kept in a dry, protected area away from sunlight and heat.

• Hard-Wired Signs: TVDNEON is not responsible for any installation or removal costs. Coverage depends on inspection results.

• If an Issue Occurs: Email hello@tvdneon.com with your order number, a short video, and photos of the issue. Replacement, repair, or refund will be determined case by case.

• Shipping Damage: Report within 7 days with unboxing video and package photos — TVDNEON will replace it free of charge if confirmed as shipping damage.

• Handmade Products: Slight variations in color, size, or brightness are normal and not considered defects.

• Final Decision: TVDNEON reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility after inspection.

🛒 TVDNEON® Order Cancellations, Returns & Replacements Policy
(Effective for purchases made on or after July 6th, 2025)

• Made-to-Order Policy: Every TVDNEON sign is custom-made and production begins shortly after your order is placed.

• ❌ Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of purchase.

  • For Rush Orders, cancellation or changes must be made within 1 hour.

  • After these windows, all orders become final and non-refundable.

  • To cancel, email hello@tvdneon.com with the subject line “Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]”.

  • No cancellations are accepted after design approval.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 8–10 business days.

• 🔁 Returns:

  • Accepted only for ready-made products that arrive defective.

  • Must be requested within 21 days of delivery and returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Custom-made items are non-returnable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects. In such cases, TVDNEON will repair or replace the item after inspection.

• 🔧 Replacements & Refunds:

  • If a manufacturing defect occurs, TVDNEON will repair or replace the product at no cost.

  • All final decisions regarding refunds or replacements are made under TVDNEON’s warranty policy.

• ⏸️ Orders on Hold:

  • If additional details (e.g., logo files or design confirmation) are required, TVDNEON will follow up for up to 90 days.

  • If there is no response within 90 days, the order will be marked inactive and non-refundable.

  • If you respond after 90 days and the design remains valid, TVDNEON will still complete production as normal.

• 📦 Missing or Damaged Items:

  • Photo and video proof (including an unboxing video) is required for all damage or missing item claims.

  • Include clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product condition.

  • TVDNEON provides replacements only, not refunds, for defective or damaged items to ensure full customer satisfaction.

🚚 TVDNEON® Shipping & Delivery Policy
(Effective for purchases made on or after July 6th, 2025)

• Shipping Coverage: We ship worldwide, with taxes and duties applied according to each country’s regulations.

• Standard Delivery Time: 10–14 business days (3–6 business days for production, 6–8 business days for transit).

• Note: Larger signs, long text designs, or bulk orders may require additional production time. Slight delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather.

• Delayed Delivery: If TVDNEON fulfills its production and dispatch commitments on time but delivery is delayed due to courier or customs issues, only shipping fees are eligible for refund (not the product cost).

• Address Changes: You may update your shipping address before the order is shipped. Once the shipping label is created or the package is dispatched, address changes are no longer possible and re-routing may incur extra charges.

• Damaged During Transit: Report within 7 days by emailing hello@tvdneon.com with an unboxing video, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If confirmed as shipping damage, a free replacement will be provided.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: If you choose to waive the signature requirement, TVDNEON is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” that later go missing. If your order is lost in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost.

• Undelivered Packages: If the courier attempts delivery 2–3 times without success, the package may be returned to us. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs.
